Get the Most out of your Wrap!

This product is not recommended for pregnant or nursing women or children. If you have a medical condition, health concern, or are taking prescription medication, consult with your health care professional before using this product.

Get the MOST out of your WRAP!

IMPORTANT:  Do not use soaps with lanolin, they tend to clog pores.

Wipe the area with alcohol to make sure there are no lotions or perfumes on your skin.  Alcohol will also open up your pores. (RINSE AND LET DRY COMPLETELY)  I also recommend a nice warm shower to open the pores.  Again, dry off well and watch what you use as a cleanser.

Use a measuring tape and write down measurements daily. Make sure to measure 3 areas before you wrap.  (WHEN YOU MEASURE, LOOK FOR NATURAL BIRTH MARKS, MOLES, THINGS THAT WON’T MOVE AS MARKERS AND LOOK IN THE MIRROR TO MAKE SURE THE TAPE MEASURE IS STRAIGHT)

Measure 3 spots (waist, belly button and lower ab). This will help make sure you are being accurate. Add those inch loss results together to come up with your total loss amount.  (IF YOU HAVE AN OVERHANG – YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN – MEASURE FROM YOUR BELLY BUTTON TO WHERE THE OVERHANG MEETS YOUR LOWER ABDOMEN.)

Drink ½ your body weight in ounces the day you wrap and 3 days following. (If you weigh 150 lbs, drink 75 ounces of water a day)  DRINK WATER WHILE WEARING THE WRAP.

Avoid salty foods because they will make you retain water and will camouflage the results.

Use Saran wrap, ace bandage or tight clothing (biker shorts) to secure applicator snug enough so the wrap doesn’t slide off, but not tight enough to make you start sweating.

Wear for 45- 1 hour, then remove saran wrap. The goal is to have as much of the product absorb as possible so rub it in after you remove the wrap, don’t wash it off.  YOU CAN WEAR IT LONGER OR EVEN SLEEP IN IT IF YOU WANT.

Don’t work out or anything, you DO NOT want to “sweat” while you are wearing the wrap.  I DO RECOMMEND YOU GO FOR A WALK OR DO JUMPING JACKS TO GET YOUR LYMPHATIC SYSTEM GOING, WHICH WILL HELP CARRY OUT THE TOXINS.

Measure every day, drink your water and think slim!

Only use one wrap per area every 72 hours, anything more is a waste. (Example, don’t put 2 wraps on your belly)  FOCUS ON ONE AREA AT A TIME.

Measure results with inch loss not weight loss.

UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A PROCESS, NOT A ONE-HIT WONDER.  THE RESULTS VARY AND ARE ACCUMULATIVE.  THE BETTER YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY, THE MORE PERMANENT THE RESULTS.   YOU DIDN’T GET THE WAY YOU ARE IN ONE DAY AND YOU WON’T FIX IT IN ONE DAY.  HOWEVER, THIS IS THE BEST SYSTEM I’VE FOUND TO QUICKEN YOUR RESULTS!

EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT.  YOU MAY START SEEING RESULTS WITH THE FIRST WRAP OR IT MAY TAKE A BOX OR TWO.  IF YOU DON’T SEE RESULTS ON YOUR FIRST WRAP, CALL ME.  WE CAN LOOK AT OTHER FACTORS TO SEE WHAT WE CAN DO TO MAXIMIZE YOUR RESULTS.
