Menopause Mama

Menopause Mama

Is it Hot in here? Or is it just me?

First of all, let me be clear.  I’m not a doctor.

I’m a just a woman who had my first taste of the raging imbalance of hormones associated with menopause.

So I did what you are doing now.  I started researching my options.

After reading the potential side effects, I personally  refused to go on any type of synthetic pharmaceutical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

By the way, there’s a lot of harmful information out there mixed in with all the good stuff.  So educate yourself!

There’s a lot of conflicting information.  So who do you believe?

All I can tell you is to do your  homework.  Research alternatives before making any decision. Talk to your doctor or homeopath or specialist with any concerns.  (Though, in my case, the doctors totally missed my symptoms were menopausal.)

I’ve done a lot of menopause research.  As I was researching, It Works came out with a product specifically for menopause.  It’s called Estro-Rhythm. It’s a safe, natural low dose Phyto-estrogen/Progesterone system that mimics a woman’s natural cycle of hormones. I am so excited about this product and what it is doing for women.

I also found, however, that using a natural product called Confianza, (also by It Works), can also take care of the symptoms for some women.  I don’t know why, and I don’t know how.  I just know several of my clients have reported this.  It’s made to help with stress and it’s awesome!  (In fact, it’s my favorite supplement and I won’t do without it.)

And here’s what people are saying about Estro-Rhythm: Within a month, a few weeks, or even within days, symptoms start going away. Whether it’s for hot flashes, night sweats, irregular heartbeat, they report feeling better. Can you imagine?  Most of the people that use it feel better within the first month.  This is about regaining your quality of life.

Another alternative you may consider is to find a good clinic that provides bio-identical hormones.  Make sure they test you frequently and that they are very low doses.  Even with this process, you can get protocols that are too high that can lead to breast cancer.

Bottom line, check out the alternatives for yourself.  Do your research.  If you have any questions about the products that I’ve found, please feel free to contact me.
